My dentist referred me to Dr. Ritter for an evaluation of need for root canal. She found the need and did the procedure that day. It has been years since I have had one and I wa amazed at how easy it was with the amazing equipment they had. Rebecca assisted and was so comforting and friendly. That was yesterday and I have no pain with Tylenol. Highly recommend Dr Ritter and her practice.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I became a patient of Dr. Ritter in 2024 and truly believed she genuinely cared about her patients. I trusted her, paid for all of my treatments in full, and thought I had found a doctor who valued long-term patient relationships over profit. Unfortunately, my experience in 2026 completely changed that perception. I returned while dealing with ongoing tooth pain and brought a CT scan from another provider so she could review the issue. Because the file would not open on their system, instead of trying to help or finding an alternative solution, I was told I needed to pay for an entirely new CT scan. To me, that was the moment it became painfully clear that money mattered more than patient care. What hurts the most is not even the charge itself — it’s the complete lack of compassion during a time when I was in real pain and desperately trying to get help. I asked for an emergency appointment while actively suffering, and despite knowing the severity of my discomfort and having a history with me as a loyal paying patient, there was no effort to work with me or show empathy. Dr. Susin needs to become the ambassador of root canals because she was amazing! I was terrified of having the procedure, but she put me at ease and was flawless in the execution. There was very little pain afterwards and I was off the Advil after 1 day. Simply amazing!
